Possibly the most obvious but crucial consideration is reliability of supply. From a commercial perspective, an inadequate supply of hot water for a hotel or restaurant can be extremely damaging for business. This is equally so in manufacturing, where unplanned down time will always cause disruption and loss of revenue.

We understand how vital it is to your business to have a continuous supply of hot water. Per most manufacturers’ suggestion, hot water tanks should be replaced every eight (8) to twelve (12) years. If you stick to this schedule, there is a good chance that you will never have a hot water tank problem. However, if notice that your hot water tank is leaking, you should cut the tank’s power source (gas or electric), turn off the tank’s water supply, and drain the tank.
